2023 Western Junior Volunteer Descriptions

Player Registration – Midlothian Country Club members will welcome players, give a brief verbal tour of the facilities, and provide club information and gift.  (full)

Con-Am Registration (TBD) – Midlothian Country Club members will welcome and check-in participants, provide direction on range, F&B locations, and distribute tee gift (if applicable). (full)

Walking Scorers – You will be assigned to walk with a group and collect hole by hole scores and enter them into the Golf Genius software on your mobile device. (Tuesday, Wednesday,
Thursday)

Scorecard Runners – Relay official scorecards from the scoring area to the official scoreboard and back to Tournament HQ. (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Spotters – Assist players, caddies, WGA officials, and committee members with locating errant tee shots. (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Volunteer Coordinators – Assist with daily volunteer check in, equipment distribution, and shuttling to volunteer posts. (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) (Full)

Standard Bearers – Accompany the last five groups of each wave with a standard sign displaying the player’s names and the status of the match. (Thursday)
