Welcome to the new Trackman Simulator Reservation System. Our new state-of-the-art, Trackman IO Simulators provides our membership with a brand-new amenity enhancing your membership and keeping the golf season going year-round. This is virtual golf elevated. Please take a moment to review all the details below.
TRACKMAN SIMULATORS BOOKING DETAILS:
Individual Members are allowed to book 1 hour a day for practice to allow full access to our Membership. For those groups booking a foursome to play a simulated round, Members are allowed to book 4 consecutive tee times (240 minutes) as a group. The last time available each day is 1 hour before closing.
Please make sure to have your golf clubs picked up before the end of the season to enjoy your winter rounds. Halfway House Staff will not have access to the Bag Room in the off season when the Pro Shop is closed.
SIMULATOR HOURS:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday-Thursday: 9AM-8PM
Friday: 9AM-10PM
Saturday: 8AM-8PM
Sunday: 8AM-7PM
Open year round! Dates & hours subject to change on holidays or due to events.
COST:
Regular Golf Members: Complimentary for the 1st year.
All other Membership Categories & Guests of Members: $20/Person billed to the Members account.
BOOK:
Plan your group and reserve Simulator 1 or 2 on your ForeTees App. Regular Golfers have 7 days advanced booking. All other categories have 5 days’ advanced booking. Booking is available on the desktop version and can also be found on your ForeTees Mobile app.
PLAY OR PRACTICE:
Upon arrival, check in with our HWH staff. Before, during or after you play, grab a drink in our full bar and restaurant.
Once you settle into your space you will set up your game and create profiles for each player. If you've created a profile on the Trackman App on your mobile device, you can log in using the 'Quick Login" feature.
If you do not have the Trackman App no worries, you can log in manually or use a generic unassigned handle to use the system to practice or play. The app is designed for those golfers who want to collect all their data and analytics from practice sessions, to rounds played using Trackman.
ULTRA-REALISTIC VIRTUAL GOLF:
The Trackman virtual course library is one of the biggest in the industry, and we’re adding new courses every month. Each property is lidar scanned and meticulously rendered by our in-house team for an unmatched level of realism.
